You can manage your hosting subscription through the appropriate WAYSCloud customer portal, depending on when your account was created.
Which Portal Should I Use?
If your account was created before April 1, 2025
➤ Log in at: my.wayscloud.services
If you became a customer on or after April 1, 2025
➤ Log in at: dash.wayscloud.services
To Upgrade Your Hosting Plan:
1. Log in to the correct portal
2. Go to Services or My Services
3. Click on your current hosting plan
4. Choose Upgrade/Downgrade or Change Package
5. Select the new plan and confirm
Upgrades are processed immediately, and you’ll only pay the difference.
To Cancel Your Hosting Plan:
1. Log in to the correct portal
2. Go to My Services
3. Click on the service you want to cancel
4. Select Request Cancellation
5. Choose whether to cancel immediately or at the end of the billing period
6. Confirm the request
You’ll receive a confirmation email once the cancellation has been processed.
