Network Operations (NOC) – Incident Reporting

Important: This channel is intended only for infrastructure partners, ISPs, peering contacts, and critical network operationsIt is not for end-user or customer support. Please use our regular support channels for all customer-related issues.

For network-related incidents, outages, or urgent infrastructure issues, please contact our Network Operations Center (NOC):

This includes:

• BGP routing issues

• IP reachability problems

• Fiber cuts or hardware failures

• DDoS or abnormal traffic

• Any critical issue affecting connectivity to/from AS213839

Please include the following information when possible:

• Timestamp (with time zone)

• Affected IP ranges, prefixes, or services

• Technical data (traceroutes, logs, monitoring alerts)

• Your contact info and urgency level
